Patrick Kennedy was honored to represent Paradigm eDiscovery Solutions at the groundbreaking ceremony for the $1 billion Davie Defense Shipyard modernization project in Galveston.
This transformational investment will strengthen America’s maritime and national defense capabilities while creating thousands of jobs and long-term economic growth opportunities across the Texas Gulf Coast. The modernization effort will support construction of U.S. Coast Guard icebreakers designed to expand America’s operational presence in Arctic waters.
The event carried personal significance for Patrick, who retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after serving in Texas, including with TACLET Gulf, the Coast Guard’s Tactical Law Enforcement Team, based out of Corpus Christi.
The event brought together distinguished leaders, including Governor Greg Abbott, Senator Ted Cruz, Commandt of U.S. Coast Guard, The Secretary of Homeland Security, and executive leadership from Gulf Copper and Davie Defense.
